"Diana, the last descendant of the Amazons, hides in New York as a cop while secretly sworn to destroy the supernatural forces that prey on humanity. Her life changes when a string of brutal occult murders forces her into a soul bond with Lucas, a dangerously charming paranormal investigator. If they stray more than 300 feet apart, the pain becomes unbearable. As they hunt the killer, attraction sparks—but Diana discovers Lucas is carrying half the soul of an ancient evil god. Worse, the mayor of New York holds the other half and plans to reunite them. With the gods demanding Lucas’s death, Diana must choose between her sacred oath and the man she loves. To save him, she destroys her divine powers and faces the ultimate battle atop the Empire State Building. But can a mortal woman truly kill a god—and survive the man she was never meant to love?"
